Salary```Job Overview``` We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our legal team and assist with various tasks related to legal research, document management, and client communication. ```Responsibilities``` - Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases - Assist in drafting legal documents, such as contracts and pleadings - Maintain and organize physical and electronic files - Prepare and proofread legal correspondence and documents - Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings - Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and other professionals involved in legal matters - Assist in the preparation for trials, hearings, and depositions - Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing calendars, and handling mail ```Experience``` - Previous experience working as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role is preferred - Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures - Proficiency in using document management systems (e.g., iManage) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures If you are a motivated individual with a passion for the legal field, we would love to hear from you.
