SalaryThe Center for Varicose Veins is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join a specialized team who care for varicose vein patients. The candidate must be willing to learn new skills and fluency in Spanish would be a plus. The candidate will assist the front office with all aspects of administrative daily tasks. The candidate needs to have excellent computer skills to check-in, check-out and schedule patients. Candidate needs to have great people skills and must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment. The office staff and doctor will train and supervise you as needed. The team member will need to travel between two offices located in Wilton and Fairfield, CT.
The job offers 3 weeks paid time off, paid holidays, 401K retirement account with 3.5% company match after one year, no nights, no weekends
- Greet patients
- Check in/ Check out process
- Schedule patients
- Check insurance benefits
- Start Prior Authorizations
- Call to confirm and chart prep for next day patients
- Work denial and collections
- Answering phones

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
