Office Assistant

We are a growing company with plenty of opportunity for advancement. Training would be on site. Applicants must be able to pass a criminal history background check. Weekend availability is a must, as we are very busy on the weekends during the summers. Employees aren't scheduled 7 days a week, but one of the off days during the busy period will be during the week. Employees who want two days off in a row get them during the week, and if a weekend day is requested the other off day is in the middle of the week.

Pay: Starting at $18 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

· Bank deposits

· Invoice corrections

· Purchase orders

· Check and money order scanning

· Credit applications

· Customer service – answering phones

· Employee onboarding

· Interview and drug test scheduling

Requirements:

· Microsoft office experience

· Customer service experience

· Cash handling experience
