Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager or executive staff
- Maintain an organized and clean office environment
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Skills:
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills to manage office tasks effectively
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Ability to file documents in an organized manner for easy retrieval
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience as a personal assistant is a plus
- Strong administrative skills to support office operations
- Exceptional customer service skills to interact with clients and visitors
