Office Assistant
Duties:
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with data entry and document management
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents
- Support project coordination and follow-up on tasks
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Accounts Payable
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or clerk preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
