Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in obtaining loans for various purposes. Your role will involve evaluating loan applications, conducting credit analysis, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the loan process. Duties:
- Originate and process loan applications for clients seeking mortgage loans, personal loans, or other types of financing
- Conduct thorough credit analysis to assess the creditworthiness of applicants
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial documents and ensure all required information is provided
- Guide clients through the loan application process, answering any questions or concerns they may have
- Work closely with underwriters to ensure loan applications meet all necessary criteria for approval
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their loan applications
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and loan transactions
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and changes in lending practices

Experience:
- Proven experience in loan origination, mortgage servicing, or loan processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Solid understanding of credit analysis and financial sales principles
- Proficiency in using loan origination systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,471.51 - $41,514.07 per year
