Office Assistant

I.T.S.C. is seeking an energetic and hard-working Office Assistant. We are the Authorized DIRECTV Dealer for Business and we also specialize in other business services such as Video Surveillance, Audio Distribution and VoIP Phone Service for Businesses.

This position is an administrative receptionist job. The tasks include, but are not limited to:

· Answering multi-line phones

· Customer service

· Data entry

· Filing

· Basic office upkeep/light cleaning

· Inventory and supply list

· Composing and responding to emails

Ideal candidates will have:

· General knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

· Professional etiquette and mentality

· The ability to plan, prioritize, and organize

· Be a team player with enthusiastic and driven personality, and a creative mindset

· The drive and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

· The ability to lift up to 35 lbs

· Eagerness to learn all aspects of the company

This position is an entry level position. The hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9 am to 4 pm with a 1-hour lunch break each day. Starting pay is $500 per week during a probation period of 90 days. After 90 days, pay will increase to $600 per week.
