Office Assistant - Customer Service - Part Time

Tree Brand Office/ Office assistant position PART TIME

We are looking to hire an experienced office/Customer Service person to join our Denver NC team. You will be reporting to the operation manager and assisting with various administrative duties. We can be flexible eon the start times of your 4-5 hours per day Monday Thru Friday

Tree Brand Packaging has a 30-year history manufacturing custom wood pallets, crates and packaging and has grown to 7 Southeast locations (NC, SC, AL/GA, TN). We offer competitive pay and medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform clerical duties including creating sales orders, invoicing and electronic filing.

· Interact with clients, visitors, and vendors

· Email correspondence, meeting notes, forms as well as other documents

· File, sort, copy, and compile records on various activities, like business transactions and office activities.

· Signs for delivered packages and distributes them to the appropriate recipient

· Assisting with inventory counts

· Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.

· Take messages, direct calls, and answer telephone calls

Qualifications:

· Experience with Excel, Word and Email

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Ability to work as part of a team

· Respond quickly to management requests

· Excellent organizational skills.

· High-level written and verbal communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software a plus.

· Possess high school diploma or relevant qualifications

· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Exceptional ability to relate friendly with customers and visitors
