Primary Responsibilities
- Write accurate, compelling copy in the unique voices of Orveon’s family of brands.
- U.S. E-commerce: e-mail, brand.com homepage, product descriptions, etc.
- Retailer.com: tailor e-commerce copy to retailer specific needs
- Social: organic and paid
- Manage ongoing copy needs and drop-in requests, working closely with the Global Creative Project Management team to ensure timely delivery on fast-paced projects
- Adapt content to support full customer journeys through each brands’ digital ecosystem
- Collaborate with Global Creative and cross functional departments to ensure consistency across each brands’ experience
- Apply each brands’ individual tone of voice guidelines across all workflows
- Adjust copy for customer segments as needed in emails, social media captions, and website copy
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-5 years of copywriting experience, ideally within the beauty, fashion, and CPG industries
- Exceptional attention to detail and deadlines, including excellent proofreading skills
- Solution-oriented attitude; must be comfortable taking responsibility for timely edits and approvals
- Team player who is highly organized, self-directed and can learn/manage multiple processes and feedback from multiple stakeholders
- Ability to quickly change gears and tasks to stay organized and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Word and Excel

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.
At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
The pay range for this position is $49.00 to $52.00 an hour up to 6 months contract for 40 hours a week.
