- Utilize computerized systems such Sage 50 for data entry and record keeping.
- Answering calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Basic project coordination skills to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle calls in a professional manner.
