We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in securing loans for various purposes. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough credit analysis to determine loan eligibility and risk assessment
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary financial information and documentation
- Evaluate loan applications and make recommendations based on creditworthiness
- Guide clients through the loan origination process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with loan processors to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act) guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan application process
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in loan origination or related field
- Strong knowledge of escrow, contracts, and credit analysis
- Excellent mathematical skills and proficiency in 10-key typing
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation and communication skills

Pay: $39,413.17 - $47,465.32 per year
