Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant/Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support and assist in the day-to-day operations of our property management department. Responsibilities:
- Learn and book small, short term bookings (OTAs; Airbnb, VRBO, etc) under direction
•Primary point of contact for phone calls in to office, routing calls to correct department, taking and relaying accurate messages
•Primary greeter of walk-in customer and clients
- Provide office coverage as scheduled and directed
- Help update and maintain accurate property listings
- Print/create New Owner (LT + ST) packets
- Maintain organization of the front lobby, break room
- Clean the lock box and exterior guest experience
- Organize the 'Home Care Team" supplies
•Answer phones, relay messages accurately
•Assist with clerical and filing
- Keep and maintain confidential and non-disclosure of client information
•Assist with property inspections and setups as needed by HomeCare Dept
- Clean / Organize trash bins
•Clean / Organize BBQs
- Clean / Organize Coolers
- Water flowerpots and flowers around Casas de Santa Fe sign
•Assist VIP's clients including but not limited to ecsorting to rental house
- QC/HomeCare Assistance in preparing properties for guest arrivals
Rotating weekends - approx 1 weekend per month.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
