SalaryWe are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including answering phones, filing documents. Will also be responsible for completing weekly supervisory visits with our clients. Supervisory visits are going into our clients home, and complete a 15 minute visit to assure the client is happy with our services, and they are doing okay. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer phone calls and take messages.
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
- Provide support to other staff members as needed.
- Assist with data entry tasks.
- Complete monthly visits with clients to assure care is being provided, and clients are happy with their services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
