We are hiring for a part time in-office Assistant who will have a handful of responsibilities included but not limited to the following:
- Open Office and turn on lights, computers, warehouse music, TV, Empty trash, etc.
- Answering phones and pitching our services to customers calling in
- Scheduling new jobs
- Communicating with our field techs
- Business Development tasks such as calling and emailing past customers, new prospective customers and commercial clients (This is a HUGE part of the job)
- Working with management to meet sales objectives
About the job:
It can not be stressed enough this position is very phone heavy and you must be extremely comfortable handling new and past customers calling in as well as cold calling past customers and new leads. If you do not enjoy being on the phone, this may not be a great fit. You must also be willing to be on time every day and open the office at 8 am.
About the company:
We are a small service company with an office and warehouse in Englewood. The job would require you be in office for the hours of 8:00am-12:00pm M-F. We will provide training in terms of our procedures and services, but we do expect you to have professional experience in either dispatch or sales, service industry is a huge plus.
