THE ROLE
As an EHR Integration Analyst, you'll play a crucial role within our team, concentrating on forging integrations with new clients onto our platform. Your main responsibilities will involve cultivating enduring client partnerships and facilitating their success on our platform. We're seeking a candidate with a collaborative mindset, adept at working across various teams, and possessing expertise in HL7 Integrations, API development, and familiarity with FHIR protocols.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Collaborate closely with clients and partners to pinpoint integration needs and devise design solutions aligned with those requirements.
- Create, update, and test integrations, APIs, and workflows linking various healthcare systems and applications.
- Oversee a portfolio of customer integrations on the platform, including crafting technical interface logic, documenting processes, and tracking integration performance indicators
- Diagnose and resolve integration glitches while offering technical assistance to customers concerning their integrations.
- Implement post-implementation adoption strategies to meticulously monitor integration functionality and swiftly address any issues. Identify pivotal strategic areas for enhancing integration capabilities to fuel customer growth and expand opportunities on the platform
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- At least 3 years of experience in customer integrations or in customer-facing roles.
- Background in healthcare with knowledge of HL7v2, SMART on FHIR, and Electronic Health Records.
- Familiarity with various EHR vendors such as Epic, Cerner, Athena, ModMed, Veradigm, etc.
- A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative fields
- Demonstrated capability to independently manage complex engagements concurrently with minimal supervision.
