Job Summary:
We are looking for a part - time assistant that speaks both English & Spanish. We need an assistant that has computer knowledge, knowledge posting items on social media, good organization skills, able to multi task &professional on phone.
Duties:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, posting items on social media, packaging items, printing mailing labels, phone calls to clients setting up appointments & calls to insurance companies.
- organizing documents
- Manage google calendars helping maintain scheduling & appointments
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently & with business owners
