Currently, we have a position for our Sales Administrator Assistant. In this position you will contribute to our energetic sales team that is generating business all over the nation. Your responsibilities will be to manage the relationships with our partners, facilitate meetings, relay information to partners and our installation team, build bids and create maps.
Job Description
Assistant works closely with account manager on key accounts to ensure success within the company as it relates to all assignments associated with part costing, print details, third-party outsourcing, and supplier/customer RFQ (request for quotation).
Responsibilities (not all inclusive)
- Prepares quotes for review by gathering necessary information from account manager/customer
- Assist in RFQ packages by gathering and organizing related and required information
- Effectively communicate with customers, management, other departments, suppliers to get necessary information to complete pre-quoting tasks via email/phone.
- Maintain open communication on all quote statuses with account manager, customers, and installation teams
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks while maintaining a positive and professional company image
- Prepares digital maps with provided information for review by account manager and installation teams
- Organizes and create initial job files for sales & installation
- Assist with submittals and required pre-mobilization site paperwork
- Effectively communicates with customers on installation dates and pre calls
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Microsoft Office Program Experience
- Computer Skills, web navigation, typing
- Effective and professional communication skills – verbal and written
- Detail oriented, ability to multitask, flexible
- Time management skills, prioritizing responsibility, work in fast paced environment
- Ability to handle stressful situations – deadlines, varying workload
- Willingness to learn and adapt to change
