Office Logistics Coordinator/Compliance Assistant

Vibrant Healthcare works with industry-leading labs to provide efficient and comprehensive testing panels for patients from the comfort of their own homes.

The Logistics and Shipping Coordinator is responsible for performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards.

- Preparing small packages for shipment to clients, vendors, etc.

- Tracking and organizing the inbound, completed packages

- Track packages per approved schedules

-Maintain shipping office and supplies

-Update online manifests and tracking systems for interoffice reference

Additionally, they will A) coordinate with superiors to provide thorough and accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing items B) remain current on policies and procedures. Paid, in-house training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will be independently motivated, detail-oriented and results-driven. Prior experience with Google Sheets and general data entry required.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
