Office Assistant

We are hiring an Office Assistant to begin immediately! This self-starter should be able to take information, prioritize and begin tasks independently. They should be able to interpret the needs of others within the established system. We have some need for flexibility in work hours, but we can offer a consistent schedule. Since we serve children with therapy needs, our Office Assistant must be friendly, welcoming and approachable to our clients, their families as well as collaborative with our colleagues and coworkers. They should enjoy working with children and be comfortable conversing with adults. This position requires talking on the phone A LOT so we need someone comfortable with placing and taking phone calls. We use a variety of software programs and office hardware to maintain our clinical flow so technological savvy is a must. POSITION EXPECTATIONS:

Customer Service

• Answering/taking phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Engaging with clients/families in the clinic

Managing Clinical Documentation

• Faxes/copier/printing
• Chart Entries
• Emails

Collaborative Clinical Flow

• Respond to needs with care and competence
• Assisting practitioners
• Maintaining a tidy and organized clinic space

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent
• Reliable Transportation
• Enjoys working with children and comfortable conversing with adults
