Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate room
- Check in and check out patients
- Vital signs
- Process online herbal orders
- Maintain office supplies and stock as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Utilize computer software programs for data entry, document creation, and record keeping
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
- Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist is a plus
