We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general office administrative tasks & supporting our Customer Service Department.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, answering phone calls, handling mail, and ordering supplies.
-Entering online orders and backup to Customer Service.
- Help maintain an organized and clean office environment.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
