Office Administrator(Sales)-Jeannette

PALCO Power Systems, a subsidiary of Scott Electric Company, has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator position in our Jeanette, PA branch.

This position would be Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Position Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
• Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
• Support bookkeeping
• Create and update databases and records
• Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
• Expedite open orders with the factory
• Inventory control on received generators
• Process purchase orders with specified venders

PALCO Power Systems has been a leading supplier of Kohler Generator Systems for factories, hospitals, nursing homes, water and sewage plants, and home standby since 1972. We are proud to offer quality products, parts, and a 24-hour – 7 days a week emergency service. PALCO Power Systems is the exclusive distributor of Kohler generators in Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and a few counties in Maryland. We provide a variety of natural gas, lp gas, and diesel generators ranging from 8.5KW to 3250KW. PALCO Power Systems is also a distributor of portable generators including Honda.
