Job Description
Facilitate accurate and clear communication between clients and staff and maintain database of work for local turf management small business. Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
-Checking and responding to incoming calls and emails from clients; creating proposal requests and work orders from those calls/emails (almost no in-person interaction with clients)
-Pre-notifying clients of upcoming service visits by phone or email
-Maintaining database files (entering new jobs/contracts, proposal requests, service issues into database)
-Posting completed jobs in database
-Complete end of month billing cycles and mail statements
-Updating and maintaining hard copy customer files/contracts throughout season
-Relaying all new jobs, proposal requests or questions to production staff for scheduling/performance
-Managing renewal process for annual contracts
Skills needed:
-Personable, pleasant phone presence
-Good listening and note-taking skills
-Accuracy and attention to detail
-Ability to multitask
-Familiarity with Word and Excel
-Will train industry specific intuitive software
-Self starter/motivated in this self directed position
Job Features:

Full time hours considered to be 25 - 30 hours, Monday thru Friday (flexible)
Vacation and holiday pay are included in job package.
