- Managing inbound and outbound calls from clients, addressing inquiries regarding scheduling, payments, services and general information.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Sending out invoices, postcards, agreements, etc.
- Manage spreadsheets to track current data
- Monitor and respond to emails from clients
- Keeping up with office inventory
- Performing general office duties such as filing, scanning and organizing
- Keeping the office organized
- Scheduling appointments and coordinate with team to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinating with field technicians to ensure job accuracy
- Maintain accurate client records and update customer database
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
