Office Administrator

• Managing inbound and outbound calls from clients, addressing inquiries regarding scheduling, payments, services and general information.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Sending out invoices, postcards, agreements, etc.
• Manage spreadsheets to track current data
• Monitor and respond to emails from clients
• Keeping up with office inventory
• Performing general office duties such as filing, scanning and organizing
• Keeping the office organized
• Scheduling appointments and coordinate with team to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinating with field technicians to ensure job accuracy
• Maintain accurate client records and update customer database
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
