Independence Dental is looking to add a Regional Operations Manager to our team!

Duties:
- Supervise and manage a team of office managers and their respective teams
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve office targets
- Oversee the regional operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality customer service
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize operational efficiency
- Lead and motivate the office teams, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess office performance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage profit and loss for the region, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Regional Manager or similar position
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies
- Demonstrated success in driving growth and achieving targets
- Experience in process improvement methodologies and implementing operational changes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines
