Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Branch Administrator. As the Branch Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our Branch Office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development with in the health care field.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise office staff
- Manage member census, supplies and inventory
- Ensuring daily operations, office staff responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with training development and coordination for new employees
- Supervise payroll process and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department with professionalism and phone etiquette
Experience:
- Previous experience as office administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
