Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks in the office
- Customer Service
- Greet customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, schedule appointment reminders
- Maintain and update office policies and procedures, maintain software programs
- Enter Property owner information in CRM software
- Handle phone systems, including answering calls, taking messages, and transferring calls
- Assist in invoicing, recieve and receipt payments
- Assist accurate recordkeeping
- Manage files, both physical and electronic, ensuring organization and confidentiality
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed- Assist marketing department in administrative tasks
Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and best practices
- Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail
