Our Opportunity: Join us as a full-time (flexible hours) Office Administrator and become a pivotal part of our team, directly supporting our CFP® professionals and enhancing our clients' journey toward their financial aspirations. Your role will be critical in maintaining the seamless operation of our office, ensuring our team's focus remains on delivering exceptional financial advice and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive support to our financial advisors, facilitating daily activities and client interactions with a focus on efficiency and service excellence.
- Serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing outstanding service both in-person and over the phone, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Manage and execute administrative tasks with precision, including the preparation of new account documents, scheduling client meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
- Address and resolve client service requests with diligence and care, acting as a liaison between clients and advisors.
- Embrace the responsibility of handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of three, preferably five years of experience in the financial services, insurance, or a related field - demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to excellence in customer service, with a proactive and positive approach to solving clients' needs.
- Strong technical proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems, to manage information and streamline processes.
- A detail-oriented individual with a high degree of accuracy, who is coachable, a quick learner, and able to work independently.
