Everything Person: 12$ Hourly - PLUS BONUSES! This position will likely (eventually) average over $30 per hour when bonuses are included. If you don't average $20+ per hour after 90 days, we will pay you the difference on day 91!

We are a leading M&A (mergers and acquisitions/investment banking), Business Consulting, and Capital Lending firm that works nationally. You will be learning the business entirely (with great training, of course :))
You will be directly assisting and trained by an expert in administration. You will be paid a very generous bonus and/or commission on ALL deals that you participate in.
We need a Jane of all trades that is familiar with research (mainly Google), social media advertising, website editing/building, light bookkeeping (QuickBooks), helping with sales call-backs, administrative tasks, sending out info, learning a new career, doing data entry, a bit of clerical work, lead follow-ups, marketing research, sitting-in on conference calls, and other fun stuff (too much to list here), but never saying "that's not in my job description".
YOU MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH CHAT GPT/AI, WEBSITE BUILDING (basics of WordPress), AND VERY COMFORTABLE WITH TECHNOLOGY IN GENERAL
Additional Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Fly a helicopter - just kidding ...seeing if you're paying attention =)
- Manage and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Maintain office digital filing and CRM system
- Have a positive attitude
Skills
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant or similar position
- Type at least 40 WPM and proficiently use PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and Excel and possess a knowledge of Google Docs, Google Search, and internet navigation in general
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Have a positive attitude (Yes, it's that important)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to prioritize daily workload
- Impeccable verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School degree at minimum - PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
This is a 1099/contract position.
