We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR/Office Administrator to join our team.
Your Role:
The HR/Office Administrator plays a critical role in managing various administrative tasks related to human resources and office administration, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment for all team members. This role is engaged with all people & administrative procedures and assists with tasks throughout all areas of the Company. In addition to administrative tasks, the Administrator assists with guiding employees through various People processes, answering any questions they may have about Trevco operations.
Responsibilities:
People/Human Resources Support…
- Champion the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, candidate screenings & pre-hire communications.
- Audit & assume responsibility for all traditional HR administrative tasks; employee records & databases, new hire reporting, invoices, VOE’s, Work Comp, and other ad hoc requests.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation and welcoming agenda, including paperwork completion and introduction to company policies and procedures.
- Leading seasonal staffing requests and partnering with Production leadership for hourly production needs.
- Process People administration tasks in collaboration within the HR department.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of Company policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance on People-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor standards when maintaining records.
- Reinforcing our values, leading with a servant’s heart and attending to the needs of Trevco’s people.
Office Administration…
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate orders.
- Manage event planning and coordination for company meetings or special events.
- Greet and direct visitors and guests in a professional manner.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports as needed.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.

Desired Skills & Experience...
- Undergraduate in Human Resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Recent grad with intern experience or 1-2 years' experience on-site Human Resources administration and/or Office administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of technology related software.
- Paylocity experience preferred.
