Immediate opening for Skilled part-time Assistant Office Administrator. Looking for a highly organized and experienced professional that is interested in part-time M-F detailed work. Core competencies must include a strong knowledge of working with and creating purchase orders and invoicing along with daily AP and AR experience. We use Quickbooks desktop for inhouse accounting and PO/invoicing generation. Proficient and confident at functioning spreadsheets in Excel, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, and Calendar. We have recently implemented Monday.com as our work flow and task management software. You will be working in this platform to function work flow. If you have experience in Monday.com great, if not, we will introduce you to it. You will be working under the direction of our Office Administrator who will delegate responsibilities and oversee your work in a collaborative way. Expect to share your relevant work experience demonstrating your competences and highlighting your applicable skills.
The ideal candidate will work M-F. This is an in office, hourly wage position. We anticipate this being a 20-30 hours a week role. Our office is open 8a-5p M-F. Your daily schedule will be 11a-3p or 12p-4p timeframe to start. As competency in our processes grow and we continue to grow, more hours may become available.
American Athletix/ ParkVision is a privately owned recreation sales and service company founded and based in Muskegon, MI. We are skilled with bleacher sales and service and are providers of playgrounds, outdoor fitness and site amenities throughout Michigan and Ohio. Out team consists of an owner, general manager, service manager, Office Administrator/project manger, service technicians and sales representatives for a total team of 15.
