Office Administrator

Mid Michigan Pride Painting (MMP) is looking for a highly motivated individual to come on as part of our team, to assist the office management in a diverse range of clerical responsibilities. We are looking to find an individual that is honest, friendly, works well with others, and has general office knowledge and experience.

This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office. The Office Administrators position includes but is not limited to the following:

Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files

Arranging travel for staff

Managing phone systems

Front desk operations

Calendar management

Team coordination

Ordering supplies

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
