We are seeking an Office Administrator Part Time to join our team! Responsibilities:
- Be the front "face" and "voice" of Best Pest Control, Inc. to existing and prospective customers presenting an excellent first impression by phone, emailing, and messaging contact.
- Respond to pest control inquiries promptly by providing quotes, description of services, and day and time options for scheduling service calls.
- Manage record keeping of monthly expenses, ordering supplies, payroll, and yearly tax information.
- Multi-task interfacing on various software platforms to maintain daily route schedule, pertinent customer information, completion of invoices, processing payments, and sending receipts.
- Work independently while efficiently scheduling technician's daily service call route with ability to strategically coordinate urgent pest control needs into the flow of the day.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to provide outstanding customer service to customers who call with questions and concerns.
- Design and mail semi-annually postcards to current customers.
- Provide seasonal updates on the business website and Facebook page.
