We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating appointments and events, maintaining office supplies, providing administrative support to staff members, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, experience in team management and training development, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to multitask effectively. The main things you will do are;
-When potential customer comes in, you will try to turn it to a customer. They are walk-in or on the phone.
-You will try to catch contracts from the big companies.
-You will be connection between the companies and students.
-There will be a lot of paperwork things to complete at our school. You have to be organized.
-Being on time every single day is our MAIN thing.
-Your schedule will start at 7:30am every other Monday. Other days in weekdays at 8:00am in the morning. You MUST be on time.
-We do not tolerate the no call-no show at all. You have to show up on time and all the time.
-Every 6 weeks our weekend classes starts. You have to work between 6:30am-12:00pm on those days. And you will have to work 6 days in a week every other week.
-We do not like to hear many sick days.
