Responsibilities
- Answer phone and direct calls as needed
- Scan and file documents
- Bid documents review, preparation, and submission for public works bids
- Communicating with subs/vendors/suppliers
- Compilation, reconciliation, and filing not limited to daily reports, material tickets, vendor invoices
- Proper filing and maintenance of all above materials for projects
- Mail sorting and sending
- Certified payroll & monthly manning report preparation.
- All other assigned duties as required
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Bachelors Degree required
- Some clerical/administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry preferred
- Excellent writing ability
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Notary Public status required
- Ability to work with different departments within the company
- Ability to work with all levels of project staff and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
