Job Title: Branch Office Administrator
Report To: Advisor
Job Status: Full-Time
FrankLeonards&FrankLLC. a growing financial planning firm, is seeking an Branch Office Administrator to assist with the mission of helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Job Summary
The Branch Office Administrator is responsible for providing excellent service, support, follow-through and administrative tasks with the purpose of delivering an exceptional client experience while safeguarding their personal information. The Branch Office Administrator specializes in client experience to ensure that FrankLeonards&Frank is an efficient and organized office allowing the advisor to focus on building client relationships.
Office Administration:
- Greet clients and answer phones
- Type correspondence
- Send out monthly/quarterly client letters, reports, & birthday cards
- Database entry
- Maintain electronic filing system
- Provide administrative support to all office personnel as needed
- Maintain compliance pieces and submission of renewals
- Set up client events
- Maintain social media, website, campaigns
- Take mail to post office

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great people skills
- Good technology and computer skills (MS Office). Able to learn and adapt to new technology
- Self-starter, with a can-do attitude and exceptional work ethic
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
Education and Experience
- High school diploma required
- Customer Service Experience required.
- Experience in the financial services industry and/or administrative support is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
