Office Clerk (Entry Level)

We are looking for an effective office bilingual clerk (english/spanish) that has the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations. Will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing to answering the phone. Must be reliable and hardworking with great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone and assist tenants with any requirements they have for property management.
• Manage accounts with different utility companies.
• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
• Use office appliances such as photocopiers, printers etc. and computers.
• Basic Excel and Word acknowledgement required.
• Keep records for keys inventory, monitor stocks of office supplies to restock.
• Perform other office duties as assigned as per job task duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
