Dental Office Administrator

Dental Office Manager (Sicklerville)

Seeking to hire a Full-time Dental Office Administrator who is a team player and has a strong work ethic for our state of the art, well established dental practice.

Candidate must have experience working with Dentrix and Dexis Software.

Required qualifications include the following:

§ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
§ Have high focus on patient service and satisfaction.
§ Be personable, outgoing, independent and a reliable individual.
§ Be familiar with dental terminology, insurance plans, recall reports, treatment plans, electronic insurance claim submissions and predeterminations, scheduling, and daily office reports.
§ Collect and electronically post payments and receipts, complete data credit card entry.
§ Respond to patient billing or financial inquiries.
§ Effectively handle multiple tasks.
§ Resume must demonstrate stable employment history.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
