We specialize in Copiers, Printers, Phone Systems, Promotional Products, and IT Services for Commercial and Industrial markets. We are seeking a full-time, (Monday to Friday) experienced Executive Assistant who is dedicated, reliable, and highly self-motivated.
Experience Requirements
- Opening/Closing Office
- Answering incoming calls for sales, service, and supplies.
- Intercom Service with Clients Entering Building
- Must be versed on Excel & QuickBooks 2022 Desktop
- Entering Bills, Creating Invoices, Purchase Orders
- Credit Card and Bank Statement Reconciliations
- Collections
- Dispatching service calls out to techs through Miracle Service Software.
- Inputting Service calls, parts, and toners in Miracle Service.
- Daily Service Reconciliation
- Ordering and Receiving in Inventory (toners, service parts and equipment).
- Shipping Toners out via UPS/Fed Ex to clients daily, plus drop shipping.
- Receiving in Inventory Daily (toner and equipment).
- Database Management (Miracle, Outlook, Pricebooks).
- Scanning
- Assembling reports for Owners
- Ordering Office Supplies
- Event Coordinating
- Liaison for Building and PDOS when problems arise.
- Assist with hiring processes.
- Special projects.
