Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for our sales team and customers.
- Stock in and maintain records of all truck inventory.
- Process truck deposits.
- Process all title work for customers and the dealership.
- Verify insurance and issue temporary tags.
- Oversee general office tasks such as greeting customers, sorting mail and answering phone calls.
- Assist accounting team by processing new and used truck deals.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Desire and ability to become a Notary Public.
- Meticulous with the highest attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure in fast paced work environment.
- Ability to pivot to changing situations and priorities.
- Availability for a work week that may include overtime and Saturdays.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to alternately sit/stand/walk for the duration of an 8 hour shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 10lbs without help.
- Must be able to bend and reach to open filing cabinet drawers.
