POSITION SUMMARY
The Office Administrator is responsible for office administration of the plant while maintaining environmental and safety compliance at all times.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Plant level HR duties and keep employee records up-to-date.
Support budget activities to include receipts, billing, coding and tracking.
Answer telephone calls and direct to appropriate personnel.
Greet visitors to plant and direct to appropriate personnel.
Handle all UPS/FedEx/USPS packages and mailings.
Participate in physical inventories as required.
Create and mail treating certificates when necessary.
Assist as necessary with inventories.
Prepare export documentation when necessary.
Attend all training sessions and safety meetings.
Other duties as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Skills with spreadsheets and word processing programs necessary.
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve problems.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Ability to work effectively with people regardless of their age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, or job type.
Ability to demonstrate behaviors conforming to Hoover’s set of values and accepted standards.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Computer Skills
Be comfortable working within Google Drive programs, Windows based programs, using a word processor, and email. Must have a good knowledge of spreadsheeting.
