- Basic Bookkeeping
- Highly proficient in Quickbooks Online required
- Receivables, Payables, Bank Account Balancing, Journal Entries
- Process online and phone orders in quickbooks
- Run customized reports in quickbooks
- Purchase and print shipping labels
- Manage customers and vendors in quickbooks online
- Process sales tax quarterly
- Work with accountant quarterly and annually
- answer emails
- order office supplies and factory supplies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in file management and record keeping
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office equipment
