Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our business, ensuring efficient communication, coordination, and administrative tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, vendors, and team members.
Assist with billing, invoicing, and payroll tasks.
Maintain accurate records of client accounts, contracts, and services provided.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist with recruitment efforts and new hire onboarding.
Support management with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a bonus.
