```Duties:```
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks in the office
- Coordinate and schedule purchase orders and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with payroll processing and employee timekeeping
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Assist with budgeting and financial tracking
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including logistics
- Ensure efficient operation of office systems, including phone systems and IT infrastructure
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
