Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business administration or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in calendar management software
- Ability to learn dance studio related software (Dance Studio Pro)
- Experience in event planning is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Responsibilities:
- Supervises front desk during peak hours (typically 4:00-7:30 pm)
- Responds promptly and professionally to clients via email
- Communicate effectively with clients, employees, and vendors
- Handle phone systems and ensure professional phone etiquette
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Seamlessly navigate dance studio related software
