Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, and events
- Social Media content
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Skills:
- Strong office management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent schedule management abilities to ensure events, appointments and meetings are organized efficiently
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Knowledge of general office procedures and administrative tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette to provide professional customer service
- Social Media engagement on multiple platforms with creative, innovative content
Experience:
- Understanding of local real estate markets or prior real estate experience
- Marketing or Communications Degree preferred but not required
