We are seeking an experienced and reliable Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment
- Manage office filing systems and maintain accurate records
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service-oriented mindset
