These roles are FULLY IN-PERSON
Monday -Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality customer service to students regarding financial aid matters at the service counter, by phone, and by e-mail.
* Assist students with the completion of online financial aid applications.
* Research information pertaining to student loans, grants, and scholarships.
* Track and file documents using the BDMS System.
* Retrieve and process records in the BDMS workflow system to prep for processing.
* Perform simple review of student financial aid records with the aid of a chart.
* Perform document imaging processes.
* Review and update financial aid reports.
* Perform data entry of student financial information.
* Prepare documents and other correspondence as directed using MS Word and Excel.
* A high school diploma or its equivalent (e.g., GED) required.
* Four (4) years of clerical and administrative experience in a fast-paced professional and customer-oriented environment required.
* Demonstrated excellence in customer service and professionalism.
* Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word and Excel required.
* Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
* Professional appearance and demeanor required.
