Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Coordinate vendor relationships and manage office supplies inventory
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for executives
- Ensure smooth communication within the office and with external parties

Experience:
- Proven experience in office management, administrative roles, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff
- Proficient in schedule management and calendar coordination for executives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
