This person will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. Should be self-motivated and trustworthy. The Office Administrator ensures smooth running of our office.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct guests
- Manage conference room schedules and be the go-to person for assistance with conference room equipment
- Point of contact for all office equipment
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.)
- Track stock of office supplies and place orders as necessary
- HR administrative tasks
- Manage company cell phone inventory and account
- Certificate of Insurance compliance monitoring with MyCOI
- Prepare monthly company calendar and newsletter
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Skills
- Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.50 - $24.00 per hour
